I’m very proud to be the ambassador of Spread A Smile, a children’s charity that provide fun, laughter and joy to children (and their families) who are undergoing long term hospital treatment. @spreadasmileuk visit hospital wards with singers, magicians, therapy dogs and do so much more to help families in desperate situations. I’ve been involved in this charity for a few years now and have seen first hand on hospital visits what a brilliant impact they have.
