As you may know, Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. Every year, 56,000 women and around 400 men hear the words ‘you have breast cancer’. Yet at least 30% of breast cancer cases (at least 16,800 cases) could be prevented, avoiding the devastating impacts of a diagnosis.

Breast Cancer UK works to prevent breast cancer by supporting people to take action to reduce their risk of getting a diagnosis, funding scientific research into the causes of breast cancer, and campaigning for better health and environmental policies to protect people’s health. | Posted on 22/May/2024 15:31:24
