Tara Holt Instagram – On 2•7•24 we welcomed our baby girl Kaya into the world. 8lbs and 21 inches of delicious squishiness. It was the most intense, beautiful, magical experience of my life. Kaya unveiled a power and strength within me I never knew existed and made me feel like a warrior goddess. Thank you to my amazing husband for being my rock every step of the way and to my incredible doula and midwives for facilitating this experience at home and assisting me in trusting myself and my body.
