1. Freedom… even the basic human freedom must be cherished
2. Comfort. We don’t have to hunt for food, keep the fire going, survive cold winters outside or struggle to find clean drinking water. That’s a lot to be grateful for.
3. True friends. Even one is a lot!
4. Love… it doesn’t happen at will or too often. If and when it does – it is special.
5. Trust. So easy to lose, yet so hard to build… one lie can put a crack in a solid foundation and bring the house down…
6. Peace… only truly appreciated y those who experience it’s absence…
7. Good health. Once that is gone – not much else matters…
Count your blessings. They are your gifts from the divine. They are not guaranteed to anyone, so cherish them in the now.
