Tiffany Alvord Instagram – 💭 Over the past couple months the biggest thing that has transformed my life is developing a strong self-concept!!! ✨‼️ 1. SELF-CONCEPT 🚨 This is the way you view your self in regards to the world around you. Your SELF view; the stronger perspective and outlook you have of yourself, the more you believe life is all working out in your favor. Self-concept is improved by repetition of positive affirmative thoughts. So to improve self-concept one must improve the thoughts and how they see themselves! 💥 If it seems “unrealistic”, you are BELIEVING you don’t deserve it & it’s a self fulfilling prophecy. ⚠️ Now self-doubt is the opposite; a weak self-concept —> keeping you small, limiting your views, opportunities. If you have thoughts such as “no one likes me”, “I’m not good enough”, “I’ll never get…(insert: dream job, house, trip, partner).” Now the problem here is you’re already believe that’s what’s happening and subconsciously welcoming the life you don’t want. 2. BELIEVE everything you want is already on it’s way: How do you react when you KNOW what you want is coming your way? You relax, you let go, you breathe easy. So jot down your hopes and dreams and release that!! KNOW that what you’re seeking IS coming. WHY!? When you live from a mindset of abundance you gravitate towards all that is conspiring FOR you. Follow the momentum. 3. BELIEVE you are infinitely worthy and deserving. THIS one ☝️Classic “you accept what you think you deserve”. See your self as SOMEONE! (YOU ARE) Believe the opportunities are as much for you as anyone else. YOU DESERVE IT. 🌈 NOW HERE: is where I felt a radical shift happen. When I started reflecting on my self-concept I decided to CHANGE the voice in my head. I started saying things til I believed it. And it led me to so much energy and confidence! AFFIRM what you want into fruition and then ACCEPT the opportunities when they are ahead of you. The universe can open the doors but if you say no or believe you don’t deserve it, you’ll only go so far. SO BELIEVE it’s here FOR YOU – RIGHT NOW. Say it: ‼️ Everything I want and need is on it’s way. The universe has already put it in motion. I deserve this!!
