The need to learn how to grow, compost, prune, cut out diseased bits…all of it became life lessons. I have no experience or a Gardner to take care of them. I got cuttings, bulbs, seeds from all my travels, nothing store bought and talked them into growing with me. Pruning and preening with them every morning is a joy. No green thumb just a need to make city living possible.
