Yael Stone Instagram – Yes yes yes I’m late to the party but I bought the best presents okay? Let’s begin with some heavenly aural salve from none other than @whodatlikedat @acmoore9 and @daniebb Listening to this I get chills knowing it was just the beginning for these incredible performers. These characters (just like the gorgeous people bringing them to life) would rise up and claim a powerful position in our collective cultural consciousness. This was the final episode of season one, ep 13, the Christmas pageant “Can’t Fix Crazy” written by none other than Jenji Kohan, Tara Herrmann and directed by Michael Trim. We’d been making this precious show in our own private paradise. Shooting this last ep of the season we didn’t know if we’d get another season. If we’d get to work again with this group of people we’d fallen in creative love with. It was bitter sweet; making magic and preparing to say goodbye. It’s 10 years since #OITNB premiered and we’re having a good, old fashioned orange memory haemorrhage! Orange you glad you read all that?
