Seeing the world through my son’s eyes as he experiences his “firsts”, has and continues to be one of the greatest gifts he gives me as a dad. It reminds me to slow down and take in the moments. To really appreciate all the beauty around us. As he points out the birds, hands me rocks to skip in the ocean, and brings me leaves fallen on the ground, he reminds me what a gift life is.
