Alain Robert Instagram – as I had a sip already in a precarious way as not holding the building any longer to unscrew the lid of my bottle after drinking and as I was going to put it back it dropped on my belly but I managed to get it back . it shows the power of our mindset and focusness that is never to be underestimated and although I have climbed freesolo Totalenergies building on several occasions nothing is never fully acquired . However and eventhough I’m aging with by now heading 62 I’m still training on a regular basis and I’m keeping my body fit .
