Alain Robert Instagram – Framatome is without a doubt the craziest and the hardest building I have ever climbed freesolo in my life knowing that there is absolutely no possible rest . it is a 180m vertical Crack running the entire surface of the building from bottom to top but most viciously on different occasions the Crack is narrowing on the inside making it nearly impossible to jam the tip of your feet as too narrow . However I did it successfully in August 1998 . if I was having to talk about a grade of difficulty as we are using on Rock I would be saying 5.13b or 8a but on my specific scale of difficulties for building from 1 to 10 it would be a 10 . It is a kind of building that if you are making it alive it will be only a once in a life time story .
