It was nothing short of astonishing—the sequence of dishes was meticulously crafted, starting with an array of fresh seafood and vegetables perfectly paired with a variety of broths, each one more delightful than the last. From the signature sauerkraut gaoliang sour cabbage broth to the luxurious black truffle sukiyaki base and the herbal figs and wild mushroom broth blending sweetness with earthy undertones, each broth offered a unique and deep flavour profile that truly harmonised each ingredient. A culinary journey well worth taking!
