Find your happy place in the present through aims of devotion, giving gratitude and acts of goodwill. Create the time to find those special places to heal, even if it’s simply pulling over off to the side of the road and laying in the back of your pick up truck to watch the sunset. Pray and when you speak to God cast up all your worries, anxieties, and long term fears.
Remember fear has its part to play.
