Bobby Chinn Instagram – Sometimes in my life, I find myself burning candles at both ends as well as the middle! It’s not just moving from the heat of the kitchen into a chilled dining room many times through the course of this event with the long hours. It’s the late nights of entertainment, hanging with my peers and friends and it all left me exhausted and drained. I desperately needed an energy boost, remove the ‘dampness’ balance my Chi and I can honestly say, a little cupping, massage and acupuncture did the trick for both body and mind!
