Explosive punching with rubber band 10 reps each arm, then move to incline dumbbell press 20 reps, then move to chin ups 10-12 reps then move to explosive kettle bell dead lifts 10-12 reps. We do all 4 exercises consecutively with no rest, doing all 4 exercises is one set , we do 8-10 sets and that is the workout. It’s a great mix of cardio, endurance and strength. As you fatigue try your best to maintain correct form, you will find with fatigue for@ will waiver slightly, we are about 4 sets in with the attached video.
