Yessssss takedowns are allowed- takedowns are permitted but must be done while standing on both feet and grabbing above the opponents knees, after takedown two clean punches must be delivered to get 3 points, or competitors will have 5 seconds in a countdown by referee while on the ground to submit the opponent via arm bar, triangle choke or figure four.
