Brian Altemus Instagram – I’m really excited to share that I created a meditation company, MTG Place. Book time with me online, or show up this week in person @mudwtrgather in LA to do a session with me and give it a try. I’m here to help you learn tools to Relax and Pay Attention.
To kick off this announcement, I’ll be hosting sessions this week in MUDWTR’s Gather space (FOR FREE) on Tuesday 6/25 at 3pm. I will also be in the space Tuesday through Thursday 12:30 – 2:30pm. So whenever you’d like to come by and run a 10mins meddy with me, I’ll be there. We’ll use the MUDWTR Gather meditation space.
MTG Place is a place to meet yourself— a place to disengage for only 10 minutes of your day, so that you can return to your work/daily activities refreshed. These practices help to lower cortisol (stress) levels, increase cognition and lateral thinking (creativity), enhance immune function and allow for a greater sense of ease and presence. Bottom line, protecting and strengthening your mental health. If any of that resonates with you, book some time with me.
In 2022, I received a Liberal Arts Degree with a Concentration in Organizational Behavior from NYU. While I got that degree, I was teaching SoulCycle and Acting (shoutout @wearegrandarmy ).
In other words, I’m pretty obsessed with community building and how people work together. It tickles my brain. What makes people show up as their best selves. Their most creative selves. Their most giving selves. It all starts with how you show up for yourself, in any given moment. These tools and practices have helped me beyond words and helped shape who I am today (all thanks to the fantastic teachers, mentors, and coaches through the years), and I’d like to share them with you.
Whatever your profession or life endeavor is, I’m here for it. I currently work with Lawyers, Athletes, Medical Practitioners, VP’s of International companies, Artists, Analysts, Account Executives, and more.
p.s.
This is all part of a much larger scheme to get as many people as I can to do absolutely nothing. I mean it. So, when was the last time you did nothing? | Posted on 24/Jun/2024 20:39:16
