I don’t like buying new shoes. I always imagined there had to be a better alternative to tossing them. Now there is, because @veja is doing things right.
I have about 5 BEAT pairs of shoes under my bed that will be going to their Brooklyn location to get fixed. They’re bringing cobblers back in-store for repairs. Not just VEJA shoes, but any beat up beloved shoe you’ve put a few too many miles on.
If you’re in Paris, hit their general store too bc that place is filled with goodies that you can feel ok buying because they make sure to only support companies who also engage in ethical sourcing and treatment of their people.
