Bryant Wood Instagram – Find a comfortable place to sit, put headphones on, and if you feel safe to do so, close your eyes. This is a one-minute meditation that helps you train your focus, take you from your head into your body, and when done correctly, shows you that your awareness is tuned into different “radio stations.”
At any given time, you can pay attention to the chaos or change what you focus on. Once we control the power of where the light of awareness is focused, we control our interpretation of the world we think exists. When it says, “pay attention to the highest vibration of love,” it’s not something you see right away. But when meditating into deep silence, something that wakes up in you. Once you experience this place, you can recover to the present moment no matter what you were thinking.
