My kids saying things like this was hard to hear.
But I’ve learned that their thoughts on how I prioritize them in my life is vitally important.
My “intention” is not as important as my actual action!
I missed these opportunities badly in the past and I’m dedicated to progress and getting better.
One way I do that is by asking my family if they feel like they are my number one priority. And when I ask this, I’m not allowed to defend or justify, it’s a rule that ensures an honest answer!
