With the announcement of my latest film “A Bronx Tale | The Original Man Show” things have come full circle. I finally had the opportunity to put the original one-man show on film! That’s right, we made a cinematic version of my one man show.
It is going to premiere it at DeNiroCon next week, June 13 at Spring Studios. This film is closing out the Tribeca film festival and opening up De Niro con.
“A Bronx Tale” has been a huge success throughout my career. It started as a stageplay, which I still do till this day playing all 18 characters by myself. Then it went on to become a successful movie, a hit Broadway musical, and even voted best show of the year in Las Vegas. Now, 30 years later I finally decided to make it into a film.
