Derrick Barry Instagram – Almost 8 years ago, I was in the Bahamas & I came across this cover of Hallelujah. That’s the day I was introduced to @JamieMiller. His range, tone & passion drew me in instantly. I have never heard a voice that makes me feel the way his does. We started talking in 2017 & I told him I couldn’t wait to one day be front row at his show in the states. After years of missing each other when I came to the UK or he was in Vegas, we finally met. This week, I drove out to LA to see my favorite, from the front row, as he closed out his first headlining tour to a sold out crowd. Jamie, I’m so proud of you! You continue to amaze me with your heartfelt song writing skills & your ability to be so incredibly vulnerable with your lyrics & performances. You’ve helped me deal with pain & loss, close the chapter on breakups, find myself & sing my heart out. Your music is my happy ending. Can’t wait for another LA night with you until Last Call. “You get the real meet & greet”.
