Derrick Levasseur Instagram – Our video on the disappearance of Monica Carrasco is finally out on YouTube! 16-year-old Monica Carrasco went missing between 1:30 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. on October 2, 2003. She was last seen asleep in her bed at her aunt and uncle’s house, located four miles southwest of Balmorhea, Texas, near Highway 17 and County Road 323.
At the time of her disappearance, Monica was 5’5″ with brown eyes and black hair, possibly with red streaks. She is Hispanic with a medium complexion. She has pierced ears, a chicken pox scar on her forehead near her hairline, a small light-colored mole on her left cheek, and dimples in both cheeks.Â
