I am STRUGGLING with putting down the fork yall ! I’m eating healthily (for the most part) but i am also eating more than I should to maintain a caloric deficit.
IT IS SUMMER TIME AND FOOD IS JUST TOO DAMN GOOD ! 😩
I honestly don’t care much for abs at this time, although it would be nice to have them. I am confident in my body; my bulk looks good af and my bunda is in abundance. My main focus is on maintaining a strong and tight core.
Buuuuutt I’m determined TRY to shed a lil sumthin…
THE WORKOUT (60s rest between supersets) :
– machine seated lat pulls 4×12-15
– chest supported rows 4×12-15
– overhand rows ss neutral grip cable lat pulls 3×12-15
– underhand rows ss single arm chest supported lat pulls 3×12-15
– NARROW GRIP single arm db curls (10 each arm) ss double … arm .. db curls ?
– leg raises x100
– 30 min incline walk 6% @4.5
I promise you, this is the first time that I’ve been confused with what these machine names are and how to name the workout.
