Estas Tonne Instagram – Gratitude to life, gratitude to new and old connections, and incredible humans worldwide that contribute to this new chapter on Earth. No matter what atrocities are happening, there are so many that are keeping the balance all over. I had an honour to be invited to “At One International festival” organized by Octave Institute in Suzhou province. For the first time, this sound was shared in actual presence, heart-to-heart with the people of China and all those coming from afar. After travelling for so many years, I remain open to learning, remembering and sharing with multiple cultures, and this remarkable journey has expanded my heart immensely. Gratitude, heart to heart to dear Fred, @chavalit.tsao for helping me to expand the horizons, deep thanks to all of the incredible team of @livingoctave @sangharetreatbyoctaveinstitute and all those assisting on the way in Hong Kong and mainland China.
