I cannot afford to regret all the time I wasted, but I have to allow myself the occasional glance in the rear view mirror to remind myself of how things were, and thank the people that stood by my side and/or inspired me to move forward despite the odds. One of those people was @frankgrillo1 . At 55 years of age, I thought all was lost for me. His strength and determination where an inspiration to get fit and push forward, regardless of the odds.
