Frank Pinello Instagram – For Those of you that may not know the illustration on the back of the Best Pizza T-Shirt is of Neighborhood Legend and early BP employee Bill Meier affectionately known as “WildBill” or “Bilthy”. Bill was not only a dear friend of owner Frank Pinello but also a legendary NYC messenger turned Pizza delivery man. Bill was one with his fixed gear bike. Known for having no brakes and his signature style of bombing down the block at high speeds, 6 pies in one hand as he steered his way through traffic with the other.
If you ask around anyone that lived in Williamsburg Brooklyn circa 2010 your sure to hear a unique and personal Bill story! His upbeat kind and gentle personality made him universally loved by all.
