🦜30 day challenge.
I saw a clip on tik tok the other day of this rather perky American woman talking about ‘lucky girl syndrome’ and how all I had to do to catch it was repeat these ten affirmations a day for a month while looking at myself in the mirror. How awkward, I thought obviously, what with being British and all, but then I thought “What if I gave it a try? What if I did it for 30 days and my life became a manifesting marvel? What have I got to lose (dignity aside)? Finally, I thought ‘Ooh that would be fun for the Instagram’….so I’ll be embarking on that fandago in the coming week and trying to drag some of you along with me…

I thought I’d make myself a website –hence the high quality chapGPT attempts at branding. As well as books, there will reviews of all sorts of things from the world wellness: from podcasts to gratitude journals to oracle cards and all that stuff. And I thought I’d could write articles and upload various things and videos and all sorts. It will be very early 2000s by the sounds of it. Let’s see…the adventure begins….!
