Harvey Guillén Instagram – Last night’s #DinnerTimeLive was a #ChooseYourOwnAdventureMenu spectacular!
For the very first time on DTL, @davidchang fully improvised a SUPER adventurous menu for guests @harveyguillen & @joelmchale!
David prepared an accidentally authentic pozole and spider-rolls featuring soft shell crabs with rice from @the_rice_factory_ny that was too good NOT to share with everyone including the crew! Thanks Harvey and Joel!
Joel proved to all of us that he is a “Master of Meat” as he climbed over the counter to cook a perfectly cooked “well done” steak and eggs.
To close out the dinner service, David created a truly unique seafood boil inspired by Harvey’s favorite @boilingcrab in K-Town mixed with some Szechuan flavors and a stone-fruit & berry pie (with bonus strawberry shortcake filling from our wonderful craft services catering @boyzinthekitchen)
