For many of our wild plant’s and animal’s last stand (the only places left for them to live) is on our private properties.
With consideration, our yards can be stopping grounds for migrating birds and butterflies passing through and places for wildlife to also live their resident lives. Rather than our properties being poisonous places filled with fertilizers and chemicals that are landscaped with irrelevant bushes plants and trees, we can change these places into wildlife sanctuaries. We all can do little things to make our yards and properties also into places for wildlife to pass through, feed, find shelter and protection, and be a part of our lives.
