HOLY DELICIOUSNESS BATMAN!
Damn thing is oozing grease, but didn’t soak through the bread. How?? And the grease is actually light tasting, because it’s actually high quality Wagyu, and has become its own saucy condiment. And the beef is perfect, which should mean something here in Texas. Not overly seasoned, thank you! And hell yah TX style – gotta put some jalapeños on it! These are “tamed” so you get all flavor and barely any heat at all. All in all, a damn fine delicious burger.
The last pic .. my lips are wet with grease! Hahahahahaa!
