Thankful for the city of #atlanta showing up to support #nygilcullens family. Grateful that @andreforatlanta and @atlantapolice have committed to do more in the area of mental health intervention in the community. We must have a robust and earnest conversation on how this doesn’t repeat itself and so that we don’t just see this as just another incident. A blueprint must be put in place. Accountability established and the addressing of mental health with policing is the pandemic before us. The faith community can’t play the sidelines but must be on the frontline
