Joey Zauzig Instagram – Full weekend reset.. mind and body. This might sound weird but I never really knew if I actually liked spending time alone and wanted a challenge to spend a weekend just working on me and spending time with myself and wow did it do wonders. I highly recommend @wecarespa for a full reset. I will post some of things I did on stories but in such a short time it changed my mindset, my gut and helped to pull me out of this challenging time.
