Awards shows have felt foolish to attend in this time. The fakeness and competition seems harmful and out of touch right now but I said If I have to step out for an award show, the Peabody awards makes sense.

It’s not competitive and it’s based on values. Not saying it’s perfect and I am not associated with them in anyway but I appreciate the connection and honor to present @yohancelacour and “You didn’t see nothin” team from Chicago as well as the local Texas investigative reporting that exposed the seminars led by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association that had been quietly radicalizing law enforcement agents by advocating that Sheriffs have a power that supersedes that of federal agencies. | Posted on 17/Jun/2024 02:13:39
