Kevin McHale Instagram – We got to spend the day together with Naya’s voice blasting through the speakers, surrounded by that voice! Ugh, her voice. There’s just nothing better.
Thank you for letting us take over your studio, @harmonysamuels and thanks for leading the way, @msamberpriley. We wanted to handle “Prayer For The Broken” with care, making sure not 1 vocal of Naya’s was touched. When @msamberpriley went into the booth and sang a harmony in the second verse we all stopped and looked at each other – hearing them together again, for a brief moment the smiles we’d slapped on to get through the day broke. The world is a better place because Naya was in it and we all got to bear witness to her incredible gifts.
