…or you feel like it’s crushing you with all its weight. I feel both all of the time. Life can suck balls, but a painful journey makes cresting one of life’s mountains totally worth it. Then, I try and let it all go, and head out for my next adventure.
There have been so many challenges in the past few years, as well as so many things to be grateful for. I am so fortunate, privileged, lucky, blissful, yet I also feel so alone, downtrodden, hopeless, and dark at times. What’s worked for me is letting it all pass through myself, not holding on too long to either the beautiful moments or the devastating ones. It helps to not compare one moment, whether it’s happy or sad, to the next.
Live in the moment.
