Mark Tremonti Instagram – Today could have been our family’s proudest moment as we announced the launch of the ‘Smile With Stella Tremonti Down Syndrome Clinic’ at Advent Health for Children. It is the first lifespan Down Syndrome program in the Southeastern United States dedicated to treating both children and adults. Big thanks to @ndssorg and @dsacentralflorida for their generous donations.
