It’s been over 20 years since we jumped into stingy nettles naked for a bit of wrestling. Still to this day it’s up there as one of the worse Sanchez stunts I did. My body was buzzing all day long and trust me………nothing stops it doing your swede in.
Anyway, this time around I’m rocking gloves and making soup with them. I’ve always wanted to make this soup but never got around to doing it until today and it was spot on. Who would have thought there’s some free soup by Roath park lake 😂. It’s full of wild garlic too so I guess you could rock a wild garlic soup too.
Got on the phone to @armstronghealthspecialists for the nutrition info on this plant and he confirms it packs a punch.
