One of the first guys I ever met in comedy in Pittsburgh before I even went to NY. Wanted to see him because he was so funny. Ironically, the firs comedy guy I met in NY who also was hysterical was Larry David. This is real sad. He seemed happy and so it’s a little easier. RIP. And sad for LD too. Big loss for him

Sent him a “21” Clemente hat about a week ago. Knew this guy (and his brother Paul) from the 70s. The funniest guy and great to be around. Worked on stage with him 2x and got him on Johnny D! Comedy world will miss this guy. RIP Joe
