You work your a** off on the tape; you work your a** off on the callback; you swallow your nerves and meet with the cast & producers via Zoom. It goes great!
But the part was meant for someone else.
Years later, Season 2 rolls around! SLCG is back in your inbox. They audition you multiple times for multiple roles. You strike out every time, but they keep calling you back. You question your talents and your love of the game. But you keep it pushing.
Cut to: 2024
Justin and Mindy have put pen to paper on Season 3. They write a character … and candidly offer you the opportunity to play him. No audition, no nothing. They want it to be you.
You say yes and call your mom.
