It is important to do so because he will only play on Tuesday and the risk is to lose his form because we would not do enough intense work.
The black line that you see on his left arm is the heart rate monitor.
The hitting partner stayed in one corner and moving Holger everywhere on the court randomly.
I love this session because there is everything in it: intensity, power, precision and concentration from the start till the end.
