Paul Robinson Instagram – I came down to Chattanooga back in late March hoping for a few days of good weather before the southern heat really set in. During that short stay, @jgass520 and @wookiepower19 showed me the killing wall which I was completely blown away by. I immediately noticed a line of holds that climbed directly into the tall and committing, “hit man” from down and left. We tried the line a little that warm March evening and I vowed to come back to hopefully put my name on this pristine piece of stone. Fast forward to yesterday, with damn near perfect conditions and the same awesome crew, I managed to make the first ascent of this perfect line which I am calling, “The Red Room,” after the famous short story by HG Wells due to the lines intimidating and scary exit. This has to be one of my better fa’s to date and I’m stoked for more people to get on it! My skin is kinda low and I have to do a board comp on Thursday but I’m hoping to get out tomorrow to sample a little more down here before leaving on Friday! #bouldering | Posted on 12/Dec/2023 23:41:37
