Chris Graham-Bell founded the magazine as a voice for Gay and Bi men in the UK. In the process of establishing the mag, he was refused a business loan by a major bank and his office endured multiple police raids. In those 40 years the brand has changed with the (gay) times to include content and voices from the entire queer rainbow and amplified the community on a global scale.
