About halfway through the afternoon, award-winning chef and friend of the festival @roccodispirito took the stage to make a very exciting announcement: the French luxury department store Printemps (@printempsnewyork), which is set to open in spring 2025 at One Wall Street, will also house five food and beverage establishments within their new space. The culinary mind behind it all? Top Chef alumni and native New Yorker Gregory Gordet (@gg30000)!
