“Exactly one year after I took my shahada with my uncle @talebsaqralqasimi I am blessed with being able to visit the house of Allah. I’m truly blessed. Not because of what I have, or for what I’m doing. Everything is written. But for being able to witness so much love and feel so much peace and security with this path I chose. I never imagined I would become Muslim. Even growing up in Walsall I was surrounded with Muslims and now I think back to the moments where I didn’t understand and it all makes sense. I feel alive.
