Add to a blender
100ml Sugar syrup
Blend into a smooth mix

2tsp Jeera powder
Add salt to taste
Black salt to taste
2tsp Chaat masala
Black pepper to taste
Mix well

Pour into a paper cups
Cover with aluminium foil
Insert an icecream stick
Freeze overnight
Demould
Add a pinch of chaat masala
Squeeze some lemon
Pour 30ml Gin
