Saransh Goila Instagram – 🔥🥳🎂 100 STORES OF @goilabutterchicken It’s a whole century guys! Goosebumps and how! First things first – it gives me immense pleasure to announce that we are now a part of the @biryanibykilo family and my immense gratitude to incredible gents Vishal, Kaushik and Ritesh who run this incredible brand and company with such passion and have believed in GBC as much as @viveksahani and me do. Now we are a part of a much larger family, which means that Goila is going to go on a pan India journey and hopefully the world entire. We have already touched 40 cities and now we aim to work on consistency and making operations smoother to match this aggressive growth the brand has seen because we need to make sure that smoky butter chicken and paneer can still match the some zeal and zest of our first store in Andheri which opened on 24th June, 2016.
Today I feel like I’ve completed a big loop! This journey started with me quitting my hotel job and shutting my failed catering company and now I’m part of a brand that was born in my kitchen but it is no more just my baby it’s much bigger than I’ll ever be as a human or a brand myself. It’s on a path to hopefully become a legacy that will live on much longer after I’m gone. Thank you guys for making this happen, this is because of all the love you gave us.
