I remember when Insanity and P90x were HUGE back in high school, and I’d do a bunch of the ab videos on top of my other weight training.
Crazy to see him tackle bodybuilding now! I must say, for 46 and being 9 weeks out, he definitely isn’t far off from a good shot at a pro card in classic physique!
