Shaun T Instagram – 🤨 Contrary to common beliefs, it’s not about starving or endless cardio. Everyone’s journey is different, but for me, it involves eating well, tough lifting workouts, and 20-25 min of cardio/day. The last few weeks may be tougher, and a bit longer but for me staying consistent with my coach’s guidance is key.
