Does it come naturally to me? Not really.
Do I enjoy it? Now, sure. But it took some time to get to that point.
I knew that if I were to lead a global business and get to where I wanted to be, I needed to be able to command a room and captivate an audience.
It’s only through forcing myself out of my comfort zone that I’ve managed to get there.
