Theaster Gates Instagram – This past Sunday at Kenwood Gardens, we were grateful to welcome over 600 neighbors and friends to Sunday Service with @soundrotation. DJ Duane Powell’s celebration of House music and Frankie Knuckles’ legacy anchored a daylong program of grounding ourselves in the joy, care and fellowship of the gardens and one another.
Thank you to @veryhumansocial and @camillekuth who started our day with a free flow. Camille’s yoga class opened us up to all the possibilities the day had to offer us.
